Charges to Tenants
Tenants will be required to pay the following fees to us before the grant of a Tenancy to them:
Holding deposit to reserve a property the charge for this is one weeks rent
Deposits required one months rent or 5 weeks deposit depending on the property
If the rent is more than £50,000 per year then the deposit will be 6 weeks.
The Tenant shall also be liable to pay a fee of £50 where the Tenant requires or necessitates any subsequent alteration or amendment or re-grant of the Tenancy due to a change of the tenants(s) identity or for any other reason.
Early termination (Tenant’s request) Should the tenant wish to leave their contract early they shall be liable to the Landlord’s costs in re-letting the property as well as all the rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.
